App Support
Help with the MagicPoster iOS app, App Clip, NFC scans, GPlate and WiFi Magic.
Open MagicPoster via NFC
Unlock your iPhone and hold the top back area still against the MagicTag. If nothing happens, briefly remove the cover and try again.
Open MagicPoster with key
In the full app you can enter the key manually. The app then opens the appropriate MagicPoster and displays the native WiFi connection in WiFi Magic.
App Clip
The App Clip starts via NFC or QR links. It opens the appropriate MagicPoster or GPlate experience without having to install the full app.
GPlate
Google, Instagram and website plates open the manually set up target or the appropriate setup flow directly after the scan.
Quick links
If NFC doesn't work straight away
1. Unlock iPhone.
2. Hold the upper back of the iPhone against the MagicTag.
3. Hold the smartphone still for a moment, don't just swipe it quickly.
4. If you have a thick case or MagSafe accessory, test it briefly without the case.
5. If nothing still happens, scan the QR code or contact support via email.
